convenient location easy access tourist attraction
The hotel is conveniently located near Park Street station. Several subway lines intersect there. This provided easy access to major tourist attractions. I would return for the convenient location.
The small bathroom was a bit cramped. The toilet was very close to the wall. This made it difficult to sit comfortably.

amazing location attentive staff efficient elevators
the location was amazing. i easily walked to many places and saw beautiful landmarks. the staff at the front desk were very attentive. they assisted with directions and provided helpful information about local attractions. the room was cleaned daily and the amenities were fully stocked. i loved how efficient the elevators were. they were fast and readily available.
the room size was a little smaller than i expected.

historical charm, romantic echoes
central location easy access attentive staff historical value
the location felt central, a true hub for exploring. i appreciated its proximity to park street station, access to many subway lines was granted. my room was nice, kept very clean by attentive staff. the hotel had historical value, this.
the room was very small, this was a little hard. i expected it to be larger.

staff provided excellent service and were friendly, a warm welcome was offered. the staff were kind and helpful, this made a great impact. valet parking allowed easy arrival and departure.

the room was clean and nice, a feeling of comfort was felt. plush robes were present, this seemed like a luxury. the room included standard amenities, all needs were met.

friendly staff excellent location comfy beds
I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location is excellent. It is near many places I wanted to visit (walkable distance). The beds and pillows were indeed very comfy, ensuring a restful sleep each night.
The bathroom light was very bright. It lit up the entire room if used during the night, not ideal.

The room was well kept. It included a comfortable king bed and sufficient space for luggage. The climate control system worked efficiently. It maintained a steady temperature throughout my stay. The room contained a television with a wide selection of channels.

The hotel restaurant offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. I had the cream pie. It was quite delicious (especially the crust!). The service was prompt and attentive. The staff seemed focused on guest satisfaction.

The staff was always ready to assist with directions. The hotel boasts a superb location, convenient to many attractions. My room was also quite clean and well-kept..
The room I had booked seemed quite small for the price paid. I noticed that the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries. The elevators were slow at times, resulting in noticeable delays during peak hours.

the staff was friendly and efficient at reception. the hotel has a good gym available . my room featured a microwave, this was very convenient.
the chair in my room needed repair, it felt unstable. the lounge opened late at 4pm, this limited its availability. i found only four boston cream pies available when i wanted to purchase them.
